  • The shipping times listed below are all approximate. Shipping times are listed as business days, which do not include weekends or holidays. Unforeseeable delays with the shipping carrier (weather, volume, traffic, etc) may also impact shipping time.
  • The shipping timelines listed below do not include processing time for your order, which comes before shipping time. The shipping times listed below are solely estimates for time until delivery once your order has been shipped out. SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES BY COUNTRY

  • USA Standard: 5-7 business days
  • USA Express: 2-4 business days

Our processing time comes before shipping time and as a small business can vary greatly with our order volume, but is typically under 7 business days. If our processing time is higher than normal, we will put a notice at the top of our site with the current estimated processing time. Please check this estimated processing time and keep it in mind before placing your order.

If you need express processing time, all orders placed with our express shipping option (USA only) will be automatically moved to the front of the line and upgraded to express processing time of 1-2 business days.

If you have already placed your order but would like to upgrade to express processing time, please reach out to us at shopatrenda@gmail.com. Our team works hard to get orders out as fast as possible and so we are unable to guarantee any requests for changing your order, but we will try our best to support your request if possible.

Orders outside of the US may have additional custom duties, taxes, or service fees. Please note that we do not have any control over these fees and cannot advise as to what the cost will be for these fees. For more information, please contact your local customs office. We are not able to reimburse you for any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.

Tracking & order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships out. That email will contain your tracking number(s) that you can use to track your order as it makes its way to you!

If you cannot find this email, your order may not have shipped out yet or your shipping confirmation email may be stuck in your spam folders. Please refer to our processing time question and answer for more information on how long it takes for an order to ship out. If your order is well past the estimated processing time and you cannot find a shipping confirmation email in your spam folders, please reach out to us with your order number at shopatrenda@gmail.com so that we can further assist you!

We can absolutely add a gift note to your order! Please follow the steps below:

  1. Add the product(s) you’d like to purchase to your shopping bag.
  2. Click the shopping bag icon on the top right corner of the screen.
  3. Before clicking “Continue to Checkout”, find the box that says "ORDER NOTE."
  4. Add a custom gift note by letting us know that it is a gift and writing what the contents of your note in quotation marks. We will write exactly what is written in the quotes for you!
  5. When you’ve finished writing your note and place your order, we will include a handwritten card in the order containing what was written in the quotation marks.


We are so sorry to hear this and not to worry, we are always here to help! We know you're looking forward to getting your order in the mail and wearing all your new pieces. While it is our expectation that all of our shipping providers ensure a successful tracking and delivery process every time, we know that is not always the case and unexpected things unfortunately do happen.

In many cases, couriers will mark orders as “Delivered” ahead of them actually arriving to their destination. Although this is rare, we've seen it happen before! If your order was just marked as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please wait a minimum of 3 business days (Monday - Friday excluding holidays) before reaching out to us about it, many times it shows up!

We thank you for your understanding that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages as the delivery process is entirely out of our control. However, we will do whatever we can to ensure you receive your order.

If it has been over three business days and you still have not received your order, we encourage our customers to submit a claim directly with the shipping provider for your order. Please note our team cannot contact the shipping provider or submit a claim on your behalf.

All orders placed on our site have an associated order confirmation email instantly sent to the email provided by the customer when placing the order. If you cannot find the email, it may be stuck in one of your spam folders! Please check all of your spam folders for the email and remember to mark it as "not spam" if you find it there.
