Yes! We are so sorry to hear that you lost one of your earrings. Please email us at shopatrenda@gmail.com with your order number and the style of the earrings so we can help set up a single replacement earring purchase for you!
Yes! If you lose a backing, email us at shopatrenda@gmail.com and we can help set up a replacement purchase for you for either of our backing types! We are working toward having extra backings of both types available as a bulk purchase through our website (since they get lost so easily!), but until then we will be handling replacement purchases through email. Thank you for your patience and stay tuned for that!
